Our current exhibition opened on 1.4.2022. The exhibition presents the finest artifacts of Finnish ice hockey and our collections.
The Hall of Fame area shows all the ennobled Hockey Lions and the most prestigious trophies, including the original Canada-trophy (Champion of the Finnish Elite League) and the World Championship trophies from 1995, 2011 and 2019. Our exhibition presents also many player trophies from the Finnish Elite League.
Our exhibition takes you on a journey through Finnish ice hockey history. It covers the highlight moments from the humble beginning in the 1930’s all the way to the success of today. In addition to our “Lions” collection, we have memorabilia from the NHL and the Finnish Elite League, many of them tools in the making of many famous records.
In our two simulators, visitors can shoot the puck against a virtual goalie or try to stop virtual pucks in front of the net.
Museum centre Vapriikki and Hockey Hall of Fame Finland have unobstructed access.
